What is your lead time?
All furniture is made to order. Our standard lead time is 8-12 weeks, however, this can vary depending on the amount of work in the shop at a given time. If you require an order sooner, please contact us and we can be more specific with current production times.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Venmo and personal checks. If you prefer to pay by credit card we can email you a money request via PayPal. PayPal transactions have a 2.9% processing fee added.
When the design is approved, we will issue an invoice. All projects will require two payments:
• The first payment is 50% of the total project price which allows us to purchase materials and get your project started. When this payment is received, your project will officially be added to the production calendar.
• The final payment is the remaining 50% of the total project price and is due 1-2 weeks before your piece is completed. Work is not delivered or shipped until full payment is received.
Do you deliver/ship?
Yes, delivery can be arranged within a 100 mile radius of our shop in Corvallis, Oregon. Shipping is available anywhere in the United States through independent shippers using freight shipping or a white glove service. Smaller items may be shipped via UPS and will include tracking information.
Do you accept returns?
Because our furniture is one-of-a-kind and custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. Once materials have been purchased and work has begun, an order cannot be refunded.
Do you offer a warranty?
Indeed. We take pride in the quality of our design and craftsmanship and are happy to offer a 5 year warranty to the original owner. Our warranty is a guarantee against failure due to workmanship, wooden components, upholstery components and hardware. If failure has occurred for one of these reasons, at our sole discretion, we will repair or replace your piece at no cost to you.
Our warranty does not cover issues related to environmental conditions, improper storage, abuse/unintended use or alterations.
